First time eating here since having a GF dietary requirement. Hannah took out drinks order and the mgr took my order who explained that food comes out when it's ready and my GF meal would take a little longer. 2 servers came past and said my meal wouldn't be long, hubby already half way through his. Mine arrived brought over my head chef. It was delicious chicken kare. I asked Hannah our original server why it takes so long (not that it was an issue) she explained that all the pans and utensils and area is cleaned down, they use separate pots of prepared veg/meat for dietary requirements so reducing risk of cross contamination. She said they take allergies really seriously. Very impressed would definitely go again

The service is always great here. My son has allergies to egg and dairy and this is one of the few places I feel safe taking him to eat. I feel allergies are taken very seriously at this location and we’ve never had an issue with cross-contamination. The manager on yesterday knew the menu so well and helped guide me on ordering something safe for my son. Much appreciated wagamama

Never been here before. I'm not one to eat spicy food and didn't think there would be many options for me. I was wrong there are so many non spicy dishes available it was great. I ended up going for a ramen bowel which had a few different things in it. When it came to paying we didn't realise we could scan a barcode at the table to pay and then leave making it much more convenient so you're not waiting forever for someone to give you the bill. It was definitely cheaper than I expected too!!

Amazing food, loved the new vegan options and cant wait to try more. Our server (i think her name was katie) was lovely, when we got brought the wrong type of ice cream (which was also delicious), she brought us an extra bowl of the right kind. Highly recommend :)

Everything you would expect from Wagamama - the food was great, quick to arrive and tasted lovely. The staff were very pleasant and attentive. Didn't have to wait as it was midday on a Friday - opened at 11 and we went in about twenty past.

Dined here with a large group of 12. We didn’t wait long to be seated. Staff were very attentive and friendly. Although they were busy, especially Anna, who served us took her time taking our orders and making sure we got everything we asked for. She was so kind and helpful, making our dining experience 10/10. Food didn’t take long to be served and everyone enjoyed what they ordered.

I love the food, i love the atmosphere, the long open plan tables, its nice to see what everyone else is ordering and watching others enjoy there food. Theres no prices on the menu but thats not a problem, its nice to not think of the cost when ordering, but it is quite expensive, easily spend 70 for two.

The Manager today truly deserves credit. In hospitality these days, it’s rare to find a dining experience that delivers both quality service and makes you feel like a genuinely valued customer. Today, I felt more than that — and it was thanks to the Manager, whose name I unfortunately didn’t catch, and her colleague Jack. Jack was an absolute credit to her team. For someone who looked quite young, he showed outstanding positivity and professionalism — he’s clearly a future star. Both are a real asset to your team and I look forward to visiting again very soon.
